Welcome to Food Gathering! Sorry for arriving so late! This comes as a shock to me too being part of the food gathering team and as a captain too! But that won’t deter me from doing the best job possible for you fillies and foals! (Oh and you too Spike. ^^;) For those that don’t know me, I’m Spirit the Wonderbolt and while I’m usually on the weather team I heard you all could use some extra help this year!  Lemondaze is still your other captain so no changes on that account!

Now I know some of you don’t have a skype account. That’s ok, but for those that do I would suggest sending your contact info to both lemondaze and I (via our own ask boxes.) This is so should we need to collaborate on certain tasks we can do so. I also suggest doing the same for other team members if you all wanted to group up for certain tasks.

With that being said, we all need at least 3-4 tasks (drawn posts from each of you.) regarding the various jobs that we need to be doing. So for those who are still unsure what to do please go by this guideline.

OBJECTIVES: (each one will require at least one drawing from each of you.)

Gather as much available food as possible in Ponyville or the outside (April 1-7)

Organize the food neatly and place them in woven baskets (April 8-14)

And then we must finally deliver the baskets to the animal’s den. (April 15-April 25, a day or two early in case complications happen and it ends the 27th)

These are general dates and guidelines, if you happen to slip by a day or two or decided to do two in one week, then that’s fine. But keep in mind we all have a part to play in this winter wrap in order for it to be a success. (any additional posts past the 3-4 required is up to you at that point, have fun, collab with your new teammates, whatever you want.)

If you are unable to attend winter wrap up or scheduling comes up (school, work, medical, family/personal) then its ok, however please let the other ponies know so we don’t worry about what happened to you. We hope that everyone can attend (draw for the event, however we do understand IRL stuff comes first and foremost, you got a serious homework project, please work on that first and not this.)

While feeding the animals may seem like a menial task for us ponies, please understand that they help us in our daily lives, be it farming, gathering/scouting, or even the everyday housepet! They require us to offer them help for the many things they do for us everyday and we can surely offer them that much! But the main thing I want you all to keep in mind is to make sure to have fun with this! This is a time of good cheer, and we have to do our best to give our all for the animals not just in Ponyville but throughout Equestria itself! Dismissed!
